Gorkha is also the homeland of the original of Gorkha Warriors. The Ganesh himal trek begins at Trishuli, after 4 hours drive from Kathmandu. Ganesh himal trekking offers you an excellent habitat for a wide variety of plants and animals, 526 species of plants (including 40 species of orchids), and 300 species of birds. Other interesting wild animals are the Himalayan thar, gaur, many kinds of monkeys and musk deer. You may visit base camp of the Ganesh himal where there are two lakes Black and white. Twin waterfalls Ganga and Jamuna, bring joy to your heart. Ganesh himal trekking is recommended by many trekkers.

Trip Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu 1334m, Overnight at Kathmandu hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu drive to Betrawati via Trishuli Bazar. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 03: Trisuli/Betrawati trek to Kispang (1600m). Overnight at local lodge.

Day 04: Kispang trek to Thulo Chaur (2200m). Overnight at local lodge.

Day 05: Thulo Chaur trek to Gonga (2900m). Overnight at local lodge.

Day 06: Gonga trek to Rupchet (3635m). Overnight at local lodge.

Day 07: Rupchet trek to Shing La Top 4100m-Kharka 2500m. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 08: Forest Camp trek to Pangsang-la Bangyang 4100m. Overnight at local lodge.

Day 09: Pangsang-la trek to BangyangTipling (2000). Overnight at local lodge.

Day 10: Tipling trek to Borang (1700m). Overnight at local lodge.

Day 11: Borang trek to Jharlang (1700m). Overnight at local lodge.

Day 12: Jharlang trek to Kintang Phedi (800m). Overnight at local lodge.

Day 13: Kintang Phedi trek to Jamrung Dubar(1800m). Overnight at local lodge.

Day 14: Jamrung Durbar trek to Dhading bensi (700m). Overnight at local lodge.

Day 15: Dhading bensi by drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.

Day 16: Sightseeing of Kathmandu valley heritage site. Overnight at Kathmandu hotel.

Day 17: Eco Trip Nepal representative will drop to airport for onward destination.
