Most of the trekking trails of Nepal run through uphill, down hill, valleys, ridges, rustic bridges, forests and terraced rice fields etc. To walk in the mountain or to enjoy with them you have to be prepared with essential equipment. That is call trekking gears. For those details you can consult to your trekking operator. Except the basic food and a room or tent to sleep the following things could be useful to trek in proper way. Please check your personal gears twice so that it will be comfortable to you on your journey.

Personal Equipment Checklist:

Foot wear                     

-Trekking or running shoes

-Camp shoes,

-Some pair of Socks

Clothing

-Warm jacket,

-Jumper or pile jacket, hiking pants

-Waterproof jacket or poncho

-Umbrella, Sun hat, some pair of T shirts,

-Rucksack and duffel bag

-Sleeping bag, Water bottle

-Flashlight and batteries, Mattress,

-Binocular, little sphere rope,

For treks in Himalayan side (above 4000 meters):
