That is call trekking gears. For those details you can consult to your trekking operator. Except the basic food and a room or tent to sleep the following things could be useful to trek in proper way. Please check your personal gears twice so that it will be comfortable to you on your journey.

Personal Equipment Checklist:

Foot wear                      

  • Trekking or running shoes
  • Camp shoes,
  • Some pair of Socks

Clothing

  • Warm jacket,
  • Jumper or pile jacket, hiking pants
  • Waterproof jacket or poncho
  • Umbrella, Sun hat, some pair of T shirts,
